We are currently hiring CDL-A Company Drivers for local, shuttle, and regional driving opportunities. As a company driver with Venture Express, you'll enjoy competitive earnings and various home time options to suit your schedule. Join our team today and take advantage of the following benefits:

Average weekly earnings between $1,250 - $1,500 (based on the chosen route)

Flexible Home Time options to accommodate your preferences

$1,000 Referral Bonus for both the referring driver and the new driver

Available Driving Routes:

Home Daily Shuttle Routes:

Day Shift Shuttle: Earn $25 per hour (rate may vary with the shift).

Overtime pay after 40 hours.

Receive a $0.50 raise every 6 months, up to 2 years.

Local Home Daily Routes:

Home Daily Pay: $21 - $25 per hour.

Receive a $0.50 raise every 6 months, up to 2 years.

Straight pay with no overtime.

Regional Routes:

Regional Pay: $1,400 - $1,500 per week.

Home Every Other Night.

Additional Benefits for Company Drivers:

No-Touch, Drop & Hook Freight.

Opportunity to earn up to $1,500 per week.

Per Diem available.

Paid orientation.

Various Individual and Family medical plans start as low as $30/week.

Minimum Requirements for Company Drivers:

Valid Class A CDL.

Minimum age of 23 years.

Clean driving record with no careless or reckless driving incidents in the past 3 years.

Must pass a DOT physical examination.

At least 12 months of recent experience pulling a 53' van trailer within the last 3 years.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid CDL Class A license
• Obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card or currently hold one
• Minimum of 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last three years, or two years in the last five years
• Maintain a clean driving record with no more than two moving violations or accidents in the past three years
• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules
• Consistent attendance is essential to the job
• Ability to work the specified schedule and location, complete Penske's employment application, and pass a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening
• This position falls under the Department of Transportation regulations and is designated as safety-sensitive; therefore, constant alertness and adherence to safety protocols are mandatory. Associates must prioritize their safety and that of others.
