As a Bus Driver at Realnz, this role extends beyond simple driving. You will hold the responsibility of providing engaging and leisurely commentary during bus excursions around the island. Your narratives will enhance our customers' appreciation of the magnificent landscapes and points of interest encountered along the route. Additionally, you will be the primary resource for addressing inquiries from our inquisitive travelers, sharing captivating insights, and ensuring a participatory and informative journey.
Beyond your role as a driver-guide, you will also play a pivotal part in guest service at the renowned Red Shed, a central point for island visitors. Your welcoming demeanor and readiness to assist will significantly contribute to establishing a warm and inviting ambiance, thereby enriching the overall experience of our guests during their stay on the island.
This role requires versatility, seamlessly transitioning between driving, overseeing vehicle upkeep to ensure they are in pristine condition, and actively supporting activities at the Red Shed. Your affable and appealing personality, marked by authenticity and genuineness, will shine through. As an adept communicator, you'll proactively anticipate the needs of our guests.
We are seeking an individual who possesses:
A P Endorsement (preferably accompanied by a Class 2 Driver's License)
Profound communication skills
A gift for storytelling combined with exceptional customer service acumen
