Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Interstate (Class A) CDL with Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain Hazmat within 120 days of hire (background check required)
• At least 30 months of experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving role within the last 4 years, or completion of Walmart’s Fleet Development Academy
• No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years
• No serious traffic violations in the past 3 years
• No preventable accidents in the past 3 years
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents (those with disabling damage or immediate medical treatment) in the past 10 years
• No preventable fatal accidents or catastrophic injuries in driving history

Mileage Rate:

Earn between $0.55 and $0.69 per mile, with an average of 62,355 to 196,040 miles driven annually.
